IS Enemy Section OFFICIALLY AFFILIATED WITH ANY UNIVERSITY?
No. Enemy Section is an independent apparel brand and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any college or university.
DO YOU USE OFFICIAL UNIVERSITY LOGOS?
Our goal is original rivalry apparel rather than imitation school merchandise. Product pages show exactly what is printed on each piece.
WHICH RIVALRIES DO YOU COVER?
The Enemy Section Index currently tracks 36 nationally recognizable rivalries. Some enter the Index before their first apparel release. Until a drop is live, that rivalry page carries a release alert instead of a product grid.
DO YOU MAKE SHIRTS FOR BOTH SIDES?
That is the goal. Enemy Section is not a fan page for one school. If a rivalry is in the catalog, both sides are fair game.
ORDERS
ARE Enemy Section PIECES MADE TO ORDER?
Yes. Production begins after an order is placed.
HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?
Average production is approximately 2–5 business days before shipment. Timing can vary by product, order volume, product availability, holidays, and fulfillment conditions. Shipping estimates shown at checkout begin after production.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
Contact us as quickly as possible. Production can begin shortly after checkout, so edits and cancellations are not guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
SHIPPING
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order.
DO I GET TRACKING?
When tracking is available, it will be sent after the package leaves the fulfillment facility.
RETURNS + PROBLEMS
CAN I RETURN A SHIRT BECAUSE I CHANGED MY MIND?
Because Enemy Section products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, color preference, or incorrect size selection.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISPRINTED, OR WRONG?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If the issue is confirmed, we’ll provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can review the shipment.

HOW SHOULD I CHOOSE A SIZE?
Read the product-specific fit notes and use the Size Guide before ordering. Comparing the garment measurements against a shirt you already like is the best baseline.
HOW SHOULD I WASH IT?
Wash printed apparel inside out with cold water on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach. Air dry when possible or tumble dry low. Do not iron directly over the print.
