These Terms of Service govern your use of the Enemy Section website and purchases made through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

INDEPENDENT BRAND

Enemy Section is an independent apparel brand. References to colleges, universities, rivalries, places, teams, or fan communities are used in the context of unofficial rivalry apparel. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Enemy Section is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any college, university, athletic program, conference, or governing body.

PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, colors, measurements, prices, and images accurately. Screen settings, garment tolerances, and print production can cause minor differences. Availability may change without notice.

MADE TO ORDER

Most Enemy Section products are produced after an order is placed. Production may begin shortly after checkout, which can limit our ability to change or cancel an order.

PRICING + PAYMENT

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required. Orders are subject to successful payment authorization.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, listing or pricing errors, product unavailability, or abuse of the store. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Enemy Section name, original graphics, original slogans, designs, branding, site copy, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Enemy Section and may not be commercially copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission except where permitted by law.

PROHIBITED USE

You may not use the site to violate applicable law, interfere with store operation or security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe the rights of Enemy Section or others.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The store uses Shopify and other service providers for functionality such as hosting, checkout, payments, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and related services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies where applicable.

LIMITATION

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Enemy Section is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products where such limitations are legally permitted.

CHANGES

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on the website.
